These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website (the "Site") and of the services offered by Tekton Automation ("Tekton," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or the services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Tekton sets up and runs missed call text back, automatic call back, and past customer reactivation messages for local businesses (the "Services"). The exact Services, price, start date and length of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between Tekton and each client. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you contact us. You may not misuse the Site, try to break its security, or use it to send spam.
Client Responsibilities
Clients who use the Services agree to approve the wording of messages before they go live, to use the Services in line with applicable laws (including laws on calls and text messages), to honor opt out requests, and to give us accurate information about their business and phone setup.
Text Messaging Terms
- What you'll receive. When you call a business that uses Tekton and the call is not answered, you may receive a text message from that business about your call. If you contact Tekton through the Site, you may receive texts from us about your inquiry.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or email us at veltrixsystems@clientaiflow.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees and Cancellation
Fees for the Services are agreed with each client in writing. Unless the written agreement says otherwise, the Services are month to month and may be cancelled by either side with notice before the next billing period.
No Guarantee of Results
Figures, examples and estimates on the Site, including the calculator, are illustrative only. Results depend on many things outside our control, such as call volume, your market and how quickly you follow up, and are not guaranteed.
Third Party Services
The Site and the Services rely on third party providers, such as our website host and phone and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Site, including text, graphics and the Tekton name and logo, belongs to Tekton Automation and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tekton is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees the client paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
