This Privacy Policy explains how Tekton Automation ("Tekton," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website (the "Site"), contact us, or use our missed call text back, call back and customer reactivation services (the "Services"). Tekton Automation is a small business based in Florida, United States.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form, email us, or talk with us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, the best time to reach you, and details about your business.
Information from our clients' callers. When a business uses our Services, we process information about the people who call that business, such as their phone number, the time of the call, the text messages exchanged, and any details they choose to share (for example, the type of project they need). We handle this information on behalf of our client and only to provide the Services to that client.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view. We also count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It tells us which pages are viewed and where visitors came from, nothing that identifies you.

Text Messages and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf (such as our messaging and phone platform).
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Site and the Services, such as our website host (Netlify) and the phone, messaging and calling platforms we use to deliver the Services
- The client business whose callers' information we process on its behalf
- Authorities, when the law requires it
These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us and are bound by their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It may store a small setting in your browser (such as your choice of light or dark mode), which never leaves your device.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it to answer you, provide the Services, or meet legal and record keeping requirements. When a client stops using the Services, we delete or return the caller information we hold for that client within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, such as secure connections and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop text messages.
Children
The Site and the Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
